Recently a judge agreed that there was enough evidence to have a San Carlos woman tried for the deaths of her husband and daughter that she claims was caused by prescription medication.

Investigators describe a message they found in the bathroom regarding what she considered a large dose of medication recently prescribed by her physician. Initially she said her husband killed her teen daughter then she killed her husband, but investigators found evidence which contradicted her story and made it physically impossible.
